Do I have to pay any fee during the claims procedure?

“Flightcashback.com/hakkiniyedirme.com” won’t charge you any fee. Only if we successfully assert your claim, we will retain a service charge of 24 % (plus VAT) of the received compensation.

Why “Flightcashback.com/hakkiniyedirme.com”?

Under what circumstances am I entitled to compensation?

In case of flights from the European Union or operated by European airlines (e.g. Lufthansa, KLM, Turkish Airlines) you are entitled to compensation if:
– your flight was delayed for over 3 hours
– your flight got cancelled
– you missed a connection because of delay or cancellation of the earlier flight
– you were denied boarding because of overbooking.
The same applies for the flights from Turkey operated by European airlines.

In case of flights from Turkey operated by Turkish airlines you are entitled to compensation if:
– your flight was delayed for over 7,5 hours
– your flight got cancelled
– you missed a connection because of delay or cancellation of the earlier flight
– you were denied boarding because of overbooking.

I was denied boarding despite having a valid ticket. What should I do?

The plane was already full and you were denied boarding. You got a free ticket for the next flight, you were offered assistance during the waiting time, accommodation, meals and refreshments. How can you get compensation?

– Pieces of evidence (e.g. photos) that prove that you were on time at the check-in counter. In order to be entitled to compensation you need to be at least 60 minutes before the planned departure time at the check-in counter.

– Confirmation of the airline that despite being on time at the check-in counter you were denied boarding.

How long does the claims procedure take?

After checking whether you are entitled to a compensation we need your authorisation to start working on your claim. From this point forward it usually takes between 6 and 9 weeks for flights from the EU and between 6 and 14 weeks for flights from Turkey.

What information do I have to provide?

As soon as we get your claim form we will get in touch with you per phone or e-mail. Then we will need your authorization and your bank account details. Except for your personal and flight data we won’t ask for anything more.

For what reason can this agreement be cancelled?

If you won’t provide us the requested documents, won’t sign the authorization, won’t respond to our questions or if you will give us false information, we will cancel our agreement. Please be sure to read our Terms.
